This Social Policy establishes the principles that govern our labour and professional relationships and applies to:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 40px;\">\u2022 <span lang=\"en-US\">All employees of Grupo Sanz.<br \/>\n\u2022 External collaborators, suppliers, subcontractors and any third party acting on behalf of the company.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">This policy is based on current labour legislation, applicable collective bargaining agreements, the principles of the International Labour Organization (ILO), the Workers\u2019 Statute and international social responsibility and sustainability standards, including ESG, Sedex and SMETA, among others.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span lang=\"en-US\">2. <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">Child Labour Prevention Policy<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 40px;\">\u2022 <span lang=\"en-US\">Grupo Sanz strictly prohibits the use of child labour in any of its operations.<br \/>\n\u2022 No person below the legally established minimum age shall be employed.<br \/>\n\u2022 This requirement also applies to suppliers, business partners and subcontractors.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">3. <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">Policy Against Forced or Compulsory Labour<\/span><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 40px;\">\u2022 <span lang=\"en-US\">Grupo Sanz rejects all forms of forced or compulsory labour.<br \/>\n\u2022 Employment shall always be voluntary and based on legal contractual relationships.<br \/>\n\u2022 The retention of personal documentation or any coercive practices shall not be permitted.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span lang=\"en-US\">4. <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">Equality, Non-Discrimination and Respect Policy<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 40px;\">\u2022 <span lang=\"en-US\">Grupo Sanz promotes an inclusive, safe and discrimination-free environment.<br \/>\n\u2022 Employment-related decisions are based exclusively on professional criteria.<br \/>\n\u2022 Equal opportunities, mutual respect and diversity are encouraged.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span lang=\"en-US\">5. <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">Harassment and Abuse Prevention Policy<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Grupo Sanz maintains zero tolerance towards any form of:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 40px;\">\u2022 <span lang=\"en-US\">Sexual harassment<br \/>\n\u2022 Workplace harassment or mobbing<br \/>\n\u2022 Abuse of authority<br \/>\n\u2022 Verbal, physical or psychological violence<br \/>\n\u2022 Intimidating or degrading behaviour<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">The company undertakes to:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 40px;\">\u2022 <span lang=\"en-US\">Provide a confidential reporting channel.<br \/>\n\u2022 Diligently investigate any reported case.<br \/>\n\u2022 Protect whistleblowers against retaliation.<br \/>\n\u2022 Apply disciplinary measures where appropriate.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span lang=\"en-US\">6. <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Grupo Sanz expressly prohibits:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 40px;\">\u2022 <span lang=\"en-US\">Bribery in any form.<br \/>\n\u2022 The giving or receiving of gifts, payments, favours or incentives that may unduly influence professional decisions.<br \/>\n\u2022 Participation in corrupt practices, fraud or manipulation of information.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">All personnel must:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 40px;\">\u2022 <span lang=\"en-US\">Declare any potential conflicts of interest.<br \/>\n\u2022 Reject any practice that violates this policy.<br \/>\n\u2022 Immediately report any attempted bribery or irregularity.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span lang=\"en-US\">7. <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 40px;\">\u2022 <span lang=\"en-US\">Grupo Sanz respects the right to trade union membership and collective bargaining.<br \/>\n\u2022 The exercise of these rights is guaranteed without retaliation.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span lang=\"en-US\">8. <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">Working Hours and Overtime<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 40px;\">\u2022 <span lang=\"en-US\">Working hours shall comply with applicable legislation and collective agreements.<br \/>\n\u2022 Overtime shall be voluntary, exceptional and compensated in accordance with regulations.<br \/>\n\u2022 Legal rest periods and work-life balance shall be respected.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span lang=\"en-US\">9. <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">Health and Safety at Work<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 40px;\">\u2022 <span lang=\"en-US\">Occupational health and safety is a priority for Grupo Sanz.<br \/>\n\u2022 All occupational risk prevention obligations are complied with.<br \/>\n\u2022 Regular training is provided and a preventive culture is promoted.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span lang=\"en-US\">10. <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">Communication, Training and Documentary Evidence<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">To ensure the proper implementation of this policy:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 40px;\">\u2022 <span lang=\"en-US\">The policy shall be communicated to all staff through meetings, notice boards, intranet or corporate email.<br \/>\n\u2022 An individual copy shall be provided to each employee.<br \/>\n\u2022 Evidence of delivery and reading shall be collected by means of physical or digital signature.<br \/>\n\u2022 Initial and periodic training shall be provided on the contents of this policy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">A record of attendance and signatures shall be kept for all training activities.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span lang=\"en-US\">11. <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">Annual Review and Version Control<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Grupo Sanz undertakes to:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 40px;\">\u2022 <span lang=\"en-US\">Review this policy annually or whenever relevant regulatory changes occur.<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintain version control, indicating the effective date, modifications made and the persons responsible for approval.<br \/>\n\u2022 Keep a history accessible for internal and external audits.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span lang=\"en-US\">12. <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">Supplier Compliance and Sanctions Regime<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 40px;\">\u2022 <span lang=\"en-US\">Grupo Sanz requires all its suppliers and subcontractors to comply with this Social Policy.<br \/>\n\u2022 In the event of non-compliance, corrective measures shall be required.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span lang=\"en-US\">13. <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">Alignment with Social Audits, ESG and International Standards<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">This policy has been prepared in accordance with the requirements assessed in social audits and sustainability frameworks, including ESG, Sedex and SMETA, among others.
