What it is for
This channel lets you report, confidentially and anonymously if you prefer, any fact that may breach the law, our Social Policy or our internal rules in any Grupo Sanz company.
Who can use it
Current and former Grupo Sanz employees, job applicants, temporary agency and subcontractor staff, suppliers, customers and distributors and, in general, anyone who has learned of the facts in a work-related context.
How reports are handled
Reports go directly to the Human Resources department, and only authorised people can access them. The website keeps no copy. If you give us an email address, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt and a reply within three months at most. The presumption of innocence and the right to honour of the people concerned are respected throughout.
Protection for whistleblowers
Grupo Sanz guarantees that the identity of the person reporting is kept confidential and prohibits any retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith.

Data protection information
Controller: Sanz Hermanos Valencia SL. Purpose: to handle the report received and, where appropriate, investigate the facts. Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation (Spanish Law 2/2023 on the protection of whistleblowers). Recipients: data will not be disclosed to third parties except to the courts, the Public Prosecutor or the competent administrative authority when required by law. The identity of the person reporting will not be disclosed to the people the report concerns. Retention: only for as long as needed to decide whether to investigate and, where applicable, for the duration of the investigation and the applicable legal periods. Rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at rgpd@gruposanz.es.
