10. Communication, Training and Documentary Evidence
To ensure the proper implementation of this policy:
• The policy shall be communicated to all staff through meetings, notice boards, intranet or corporate email.
• An individual copy shall be provided to each employee.
• Evidence of delivery and reading shall be collected by means of physical or digital signature.
• Initial and periodic training shall be provided on the contents of this policy.
A record of attendance and signatures shall be kept for all training activities.
11. Annual Review and Version Control
Grupo Sanz undertakes to:

12. Supplier Compliance and Sanctions Regime

13. Alignment with Social Audits, ESG and International Standards
This policy has been prepared in accordance with the requirements assessed in social audits and sustainability frameworks, including ESG, Sedex and SMETA, among others. Grupo Sanz shall provide this policy and related information to customers, auditors and interested parties upon request.

Grupo Sanz shall promote continuous improvement in social, labour and ethical matters, acting upon any detected non-compliance and fostering a culture of responsibility and transparency.
